Below you will find important information & FAQ’s about the Grounded by Food process. Please read through this page before your first delivery, and if you have any questions that weren’t answered, email us directly at hello@groundedbyfood.com

Your Questions, Answered

  • Orders open Tuesday morning and close Friday morning. You will receive a text message on Tuesdays when you can place your order, and a reminder email will be sent on Fridays if you have yet to place or skip your order.

  • Delivery is on Monday, usually between 12-3 pm EST. You will always receive a text notification from your delivery driver when we are out for delivery with your order, and if the delivery times are to change for some reason.

  • We swap out your glassware with you at delivery each week, so you are responsible for having your glassware washed, dried, with the lids on, inside your insulated bags & ready to be picked up at the time of your delivery on Monday each week. You can leave it outside to be swapped, or you can let your delivery driver know you'd like them to knock.

  • You can log in to your account any time to skip an upcoming order, but your order must be skipped by Friday morning in order to avoid being charged. Your payment will auto-process on Friday, and you are responsible for skipping your order if you are going to be out of town and do not desire delivery.

  • Yes, please do! You have access to a referral system in your account that has a unique link for you to share. Those who sign up with it will get $50 off their first order, and you’ll receive a $50 credit! So please feel free to share your link online and with friends/family - and don’t forget to tag us @_groundedbyfood
