According to clients on this plan, this plan provides 3-5 servings — ideal for those who want to supplement their week with a few healthy, filling, and energizing lunches or dinners. This plan is HALF the amount of food as our Classic Meal Plan.
The menu changes weekly & allows you the freedom of choosing 2 different proteins (equalling roughly 14-16oz), 1 veggie selection, 1 carb selection, 1 legume selection, and 1 protein ball selection every week! Food is portioned SEPARATELY so that you can create your own meals + eat however you desire throughout the week
➕ optional add-ons for breakfasts, snacks, and desserts are available on the menu each week!
